this entry in the ongoing Melissa Joan Hart Christmas Cinematic Universe is a low point even by its own dreadful standards. It’s like a village amateur theatrical production was filmed by the team behind a cheap 90s soap opera. I never thought I’d say this, but Holiday in Handcuffs is no longer Melissa Joan Hart’s worst Christmas movie.
