A psychologically unstable and/or stupid junior doctor moves from San Francisco to a tiny hospital in Alaska and falls in love with the usual bland man in increasingly-beige gilets, all the while learning a lesson about the virtues of Red State America. Short enough not to outstay its welcome, and becomes very watchable about a third of the way in when the movie starts dropping obvious hints for the utterly absurd “twist”.
